We have a partner that helps bring our designs to life and deliver them to your doorstep. Here’s what you can expect:

• Processing Time: All items are made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping.

• Shipping Times: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders, depending on your location.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your email for updates!

Shipping rates vary based on your location and the product. The total cost will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & refunds

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes/designs ordered. However, if there’s an issue with your order, I’m here to help!

We’ll gladly replace items if:

• They arrive damaged or defective.

• The wrong item or design was sent.

To start a return or replacement, contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
